Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders from Wilder's online boutique is shipped within 5-6 business days. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled. 

 

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. 

Return & Refund Policy

There is a 20-day return policy after receiving your item to request a return. For a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. 


To start a return, you can contact us at Wilderlabelco@gmail.com. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Wilder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to order's shipping address. We cannot refund lost or stolen items. 

Damaged Packages

If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.  You must provide pictures.

All Sale items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it within 72 hours please do the steps below.

  • Verify the shipping address

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery

  • See if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf

  • Look around the delivery area and if you live in a apartment/condo check with the front desk
